Really bad customer service lady Felicia is really rude like I mean to the point that if your not happy with your life and your job changes jobs.We went in looking for a 2br and just because I myself had a misdemeanor that Happened almost 6 years ago I got denied when I had never gotten denied at any other place. I have been working for a bank for almost 5 years and not even they hold that against me. When I called the office this lady Felicia starts being rude and racist. I paid 675 and they only wanted to return 400 and pocket 275 like who do you think you are?Very disappointed I do no recommend no one to live here.
If you want to live with mouses and all kind of weird ants or rouches , then this is the place, you can hear mouses running inside the walls , coming in through the fire place running all over the place and fill every corner with their dirty foot steps , I filled my place with traps and I can show pics and videos with mouses in those traps.
Can’t help but love the Clusters! I have lived here on three different occasions and every time has been superb! I have lived in many states during my career as I relocate with my job at the start of each new build, and the clusters rates in the top five of all the places I’ve stayed. Thanks to the Heather’s for always making the move seamless! Thank you to the maintenance staff for always going above and beyond!
My husband and I have lived here for several years and the one thing we have enjoyed is seeing Heather's familiar face, year after year. She has been the manager ever since we moved in. She is friendly, caring and does what she can to take care of the complex. The buildings are old but the location is great and we've been happy. We've been wanting to buy a house and settle down but my husband is a roughneck on the rig so planting our roots would be risky. Calling this complex our home for years has been just as good.
The complex was not the newest thing out there, but it was very well kept and the renovations to the unit made it feel much more modern. Our unit was pretty quiet, and no problems with neighbors. Frequent water outages due to maintenance, but management was very good about giving notices of the outages ahead of time. We did have one issue with pets that was resolved after bringing it to the management.Overall, very satisfied with our stay there! Other apartment complexes we had considered where about $200-$300 more a month, and they didn't seem as well kept as these.
Thank you Clusters Team for making our move spectacular. We love our unit. We are so glad we went with the updated one. It is so modern feeling. We have had so many compliments from our friends and family. They were shocked when they saw our "new" home!
The only place in town where you pay your amenities and can’t use them freely. Pool hours are extremely limited (Until 5:30 pm daily), same goes to the gym. I tried to go in the swimming pool and one of office representatives was extremely rude with me snd my friends. She came out of the office and instead of apologizing for inconvenience that the pool is closed on SATURDAY, she repeatedly yelled at us “what apartment you are from? Pool is closed, com’on, get your stuff and leave”. People like her should not be working with people or as representatives. I currently reside in the community, but i am counting days to leave.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to live. I love the office staff. They are so helpful with any request that I have had. The grounds are just lovely. I cant wait to see them this summer. I was pleasantly surprised with the weight room. It is big in my opinion for an apartment complex. Thanks Heather for all that you do for the property.
The service at The Clusters can be best described as mediocre. Breezeways are always left a mess after the lawn and care crew finish their lawn mowing, staff is never available to contact (even before the whole COVID-19 shutdown, they were still impossible to get ahold of), the site claims that they're open till 6 PM when it's really closed at 5 PM. A lot of improvements need to be made.
Beware! BEFORE you move in, let me tell you this facts after living here for 1 year:1.Ants. They were living with me for awhile, pest control didn’t help much.2.Pool. After COVID hit the regulations about pool hour and usage In this complex become ridiculous. Everywhere in Midland you can use your pool anytime until 10, but no, The Corporate in Dallas decided that here in Midland we need to do the appointments during the day, and the hours of operation are limited until 5:30 pm! Absurd.3. Contract cancellation. Must give them 60 (!) day notice AND 1 full month rent and 85% of the rent (total 185% of rent to move out). 4. Hidden amenities: apartment that cost 1117$ will eventually cost you around 1202$. Think twice before moving here.
The front desk lady Felicia is very unprofessional, has a nasty attitude. She didn’t help me with what I was asking! I asked for help and the first thing she says is “are you breaking you’re lease” like hold up ma’am My question had nothing to do with that!!! So stop assuming and do your job ma’am! Heather has always been kind to me, and has always been generous. BUT!!!!! Felicia Seriously lose the attitude!!! I don’t have time to be arguing or dealing with that.
